Our first day in Cemadik.
We informed only a few people that we were coming. But they were all there
to greet and welcome us. And chat. Many (happy) tears, and talking,
talking…
And OMG how big they have grown in three years. And ALL of them have chosen
to go on with school and keep learning. Some want to go to university next
year. That means they will have to work during the day to earn money and
study at night. I am so proud of them.
After all, they are still “My Balinese Children”
And the time and energy I spent working with these kids is bearing fruit.
More then I could ever hope for.
